Wintercastle - Winter at the Nijenhuis

Winter: snow, harsh cold, icy winds. But also cosy warmth, festive days and ice fun. For centuries, winter in all its manifestations has been a source of inspiration for artists. Winter is also well represented in the Fundatie Collection. On display in the Garden Hall of Kasteel het Nijenhuis are works from the collection by almost 50 artists who have been inspired by the winter months. Discover landscapes, domestic scenes and winter animals.
