PROTO Summer Dinner: New Ecosystems

A museum, concert, dinner and walk at the same time! During the PROTO festival, Creative Chef Studio will serve a special four-course "Walking Dinner". Artist and Creative Chef Jasper Udink ten Cate will present an unforgettable evening in collaboration with Jurgen Bey of Studio Makkink & Bey and students from various Zwolle courses. A walk along four dishes linked to the theme 'New Ecosystems'. During each dish, you will become part of a work of art, a short lecture, an Augmented Reality experience or a concert! Afterwards, the soulful & funky Kitchen Collective will play another set of delicious summer music!
This evening is made possible by Museum de Fundatie, ArtEZ Hogeschool/CIBAP, PROTO Festival, Creative Chef Studio, Studio Makkink & Bey and PROEF OOST, and is presented at the New Ecosystems exhibition that opens the same day at Kasteel het Nijenhuis in Heino / Wijhe.
